Supply left after 10 days = 200 × 1 × 30 units.
Let ‘s’ numbers of soldiers joined the camp.
New capacity of each soldier = 1.5 units/day
∴ The remaining supply is consumed by (200 + s) solders in another 10 days.
∴ 200 × 1 × 30 = (200 + s) × 1.5 × 10
⇒ 400 = 200 + s
⇒ s = 200
Hence, 200.
