∴ Area (ABPD) = 2 × Area (∆BPC)

Also, Area (ABPD) - Area (∆BPC) = 10

⇒ 2 × Area (∆BPC) - Area (∆BPC) = 10

⇒ Area (∆BPC) = 10

∴ Area (ABPD) = 20

⇒ Area (ABCD) = Area (ABPD) + Area (∆BPC) = 20 + 10 = 30

Hence, option (b).
